The system manager offers consistent user interface no matter which module used. There are powerful tools for maintaining, sorting, searching and grouping lists of data. A user has the ability to customise  the interface to suit each requirement and create user defined fields on master  and transaction file records.

Seamless integration with MS Office means reports can be e-mailed. Standard formats like PDF and HTML can be used along with several others. Data export into Word or Excel is also possible for one to perform complex data manipulations.
